Shipping Policy


Free Ground Shipping on domestic orders (orders placed within the USA) 100 USD and over.

Shipping options are available through FedEx or DHL only for international orders.

A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.

the Urban Pop, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen package(s). In the event a package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier responsible for delivering your package.

If there are missing or damaged item(s) in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Damaged item(s) will require photos.

1. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified.

2. the Urban Pop, LLC guarantees that all orders will be shipped free of manufacturer defects.

3. Please ensure that the address provided is updated as the order cannot be cancelled, stopped, or retrieved once it has been shipped. We will not be responsible for lost orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange a redelivery at a non-negotiable charge of $15.

4. the Urban Pop, LLC is in no way responsible for unclaimed or undeliverable orders that are returned to us. Customers are responsible to claim their orders or make themselves available upon delivery.

5. the Urban Pop, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen item(s) from orders delivered by FedEx or DHL with "Signature Release" request. Please file a claim with these carriers.

6. Orders with shipping delays due to customs and import regulations are out of our control.
